- Premier Custom Homes LLC is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support residential and commercial remodeling projects. This role involves client engagement, planning, and execution oversight, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to define project goals, requirements, and potential risks.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal project staff to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and implement cost-control measures.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on project status and performance metrics.
- Conduct market and industry research to support decision-making and process improvement.
- Assist in expanding the company’s international project consultancy services.
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering or Construction Project Management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
